Evan started in inside sales in October 2015 and moved to Outside Sales in August 2020.   Evan’s territory consists of Maryland, Delaware, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Southern PA markets.  In my spare time, I enjoy time with my family, grilling food, and cutting/splitting firewood.

Matt Hatmaker joined the Yates Team in January of 2016 as a Senior Sales Executive. Matt has a background as a licensed plumber/fitter, a graduate of the ABC apprenticeship program, attended UMBC for Business Administration and has worked in the mechanical contracting industry as well as owned his own manufacturer’s representative agency for over 15 years. He enjoys spending time with his family, sports and has been a licensed soccer and lacrosse coach for over 20 years.

Outside sales for NH Yates covering the Washington metro area. I have been with the company for over 20 years and over 30 years in the industry overall. I specialize in domestic water heating and hydronic systems.

I have been a wholesale sales rep for NH Yates since 2001 and cover various wholesalers in MD, VA, DE, and PA (2015 Top Sales Producer) Before moving over to NH Yates, I was a manufacturer’s sales rep for Burnham Holdings, and handled the DC, MD, and VA wholesalers and contractors for 7 years (2005 Salesperson of the Year) In my spare time, I enjoy all things sports, especially, coaching my sons, playing golf and basketball.

Simply put, I enjoy people. At NH Yates, I utilize my 20+ years of experience in the fast-paced mechanical and controls industries to quickly and effectively handle customer requests. I am a foodie who enjoys traveling to new destinations and spending time with family and friends.

After spending my entire professional career on the distributor side of the business, I was fortunate enough to join NH Yates in January of 2016 as the Plumbing Products Mgr. Having literally grown up in the business working in our family owned plbg & htg wholesale house in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area of Pa., and then working with a large regional distributor for over 20 years, I certainly understand the trials and tribulations of ALL wholesale sales folk. This new position in the “rep arena” rounds out my vast experience within our industry and allows me to be a great resource for both our customers & manufacturers alike. My education includes the solid influence of the Jesuits @ Scranton Prep High School and a BS/BA from Villanova University …GO Cats ! My wife Mary & I have been blessed with four grown children, all of whom are all gainfully employed !!

Eric brings over 25 years of experience in inside sales and account management, including 15 years dedicated to the plumbing and HVAC industry. He is married with three children and enjoys music and spending time in nature whenever possible.

Started with the Yates Company in 2022 as a member of the inside sales team.  I am married with a daughter and enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Rick Spagna is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with over 20 years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative for Manufacturers Reps in the northeast. He is married with two sons and resides in South Jersey.

Joined NH Yates in May 2005 after 16 years in Industrial Valve Sales Inside Sales, Customer Service and Commercial Bidding support with a focus on the Virginia Territory.

Started at Yates in June of 2018. Graduated from McDaniel college in May 2018 with a bachelors in Business and Management with a focus in Economics. I have worked many jobs in the industry including Electrical, construction, project managing, estimating, and now Inside Sales. Hoping to expand my experience even more while here at Yates.

Michael Krug is currently an inside sales associate, having started in the commercial estimating department. He started with N.H. Yates & Co. in 2013. Michael is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park.

Laura has been in the HVAC sales industry for over 15 years.  She joined NH Yates in 2014 as an Inside Sales Representative and is now the Inside Sales Manager for the NC, PA, and MD branches.

Kevin Seprish is the Territory Sales Manager covering South Carolina for NH Yates. He has 9 years of experience in the plumbing and HVAC industry, with an extensive background in the press technology industry.

Kevin graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology. He currently lives in Charleston, SC where he is originally from.

Kevin has built meaningful relationships with contractors, engineers, and distribution partners, helping to grow business across the state of South Carolina. He focuses on offering solutions to these partners and helping them grow their business as well.

In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife Erin, and their little boy. He also enjoys bass fishing and duck hunting as well.

Since 2015, I’ve been working in the commercial construction industry , mainly on the contracting side.
I am working in SC and parts of NC as a territorial sales rep. My educational background includes a bachelor’s in Construction Management from East Carolina University. You can find me on the golf course in my spare time.

Working as a Territory Manager in NC for NH Yates since 2010. “ In 2022 assumed the position of NC Technical Representative, with a focus on engineers and facilities. Certified Aquatherm Master Trainer supporting specifiers, mechanical contractors, and owners. In our spare time my wife Betsy and I enjoy travel, camping, and golf.

With expertise in wholesale distribution and as a manufacturer’s representative, Mark has developed strong skills in plumbing and HVAC sales and management. He is a member of ASHRAE and the secretary of the Blue Ridge Chapter of ASPE.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys hiking, cycling, and kayaking. He has also achieved the rank of Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Hello, I’m Andy Schrank, Manager of Hydronic Modules Company (HMC). I started with NH Yates in May 2015 in the Bidding Department. I’ve been working with HMC since June 2018. I grew up in Northern Baltimore County and am an alum of Hereford High School. After high school I attended Cedarville University where I received a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Brian came to NH Yates in January of 2018 after 34 years in the Plumbing/Mechanical Wholesale distribution business. His passion is primarily in the Commercial Mechanical, Industrial PVF sectors of our business. Brian’s main focus is with the Mechanical Contractors and the wholesale distributors they deal with, in central and southwest Virginia.   Brian, his wife Cheryl of 15 years, and their son Zac live in South Boston Va. Brian and Zac are avid North Carolina Tar Heel fans and venture to Chapel Hill for every Carolina basketball game they can get to. Go Heels !!

Todd has been with NH Yates since 2002 as an outside salesman covering the Eastern Virginia territory. After graduating from Hampden-Sydney College, he took a job in the wholesale plumbing industry where he has maintained long term relationships with numerous contractors and wholesalers. In his spare time, Todd likes to participate in running marathons and competing in triathlons. He also likes to spend time on the beach with his wife, Ann, son Christopher, daughter Graham and yellow lab, Shelley.

Graduated from McDaniel College in 2016 with a triple major in Business, Accounting and Economics.   I started at Yates in 2017 and since then I’ve used my experience within the industry, I have demonstrated the ability to understand complex hydronic systems and provide troubleshooting to help solve problems. Continuing my education with factory training will provide customers with most innovative technology available today.

I worked at NH Yates & Company since 2002. I am the Submittal/ O&M’s coordinator and back up receptionist. I am dependable and take great pride in getting for work done in a timely manner.

Jordan White is the Director of the Commercial Estimating for N.H. Yates & Co. He started with company in April of 2011.  Jordan is a graduate of the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and lives in Baltimore City.

I am an outside sale representative covering the Philadelphia Metro Region, Southern New Jersey, Northern Delaware and parts of Central Pennsylvania. I’m proud to be a part of N H Yates since 2015. I’ve been in the industry since 1978. My strengths are in Hydronics, HVAC & Water Heating. I’ve been a member of ASPE, ASSE & ASHRAE. PA Inside Sales Manager – 30+ years of experience in this industry. Started with J.R. Clendenning Co. in 1994 and then N.H. Yates acquired them in 2004.  I have 3 kids and enjoy spending time with my family.

Originally from Pennsylvania and now residing in Baltimore, I joined the team in August of 2022. I have 20 years of various logistical experience working for both large enterprises and small non-profits. In my free time I enjoy exercising and traveling.

Leroy Squires is the trainer and service coordinator for Yates since March 2013. Leroy started doing HVAC installation in 1980 then spent twenty one years in the wholesale distribution side of the business. In 2006 Leroy started in the manufactures rep segment of the business and became the trainer at N.H.Yates in 2013. Being involved with plumbing, HVAC and water wells, on several sides of the business, Leroy provides a complete perspective on the sales and application of the most current energy efficient products represented by N.H.Yates.
