I’ve been with N.H. Yates since 2009. Prior to joining the Yates team, I worked for a logistics company for 14 years, and just happened to handle the Yates account. That gave me leg up when I decided to change careers. Now I’m in accounts receivables and enjoy working with everyone in the company.

His career has spanned various accounting roles, each building upon the last, ultimately leading to his current position as Chief Financial Officer of NH Yates Inc. In his role as CFO, Kratz oversees financial operations, driving sustainable growth and long-term profitability.
Eric holds an MBA in Finance from Penn State University and is a certified CPA and CMA. Passionate about innovation and fiscal responsibility, he continues to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives and ensure organizational success.
Beyond his professional achievements, Kratz is deeply committed to family and community. He takes great pride in his three children, two of whom serve in the U.S. Air Force. His dedication to mentorship and youth development is reflected in his involvement with Lead4Life, where he serves as a Board Member, actively shaping opportunities for young individuals. In his spare time, Eric enjoys outdoor activities, embracing nature whenever possible.
