Yates Is Relocating To Hunt Valley, MD
N.H. Yates & Co., Inc., a leading manufacturer’s representative and distributor of premier HVAC, plumbing and hydronic products for the Eastern United States, just announced the relocation of their corporate headquarters.
Despite the past year’s economic downturn, N.H. Yates maintained steady growth as a result of our dedication in providing the finest products, services and solutions to the HVAC and plumbing industry.
After nearly 50 years in the same facility in Cockeysville, MD, N.H. Yates is moving to a new Hunt Valley, MD location. Hunt Valley is an unincorporated community that features a booming business district and is home to Fortune 500 brands as well as many other regional and national companies. The move to Hunt Valley provides N.H. Yates a larger, state of the art facility, with easier access which will allow the company to perform more efficiently.

Expanding from 16,000 to 24,000 square feet, the new location is an upgrade from the company’s prior headquarters. Combined with its existing 20,000 square foot facility in Pottstown, PA and it’s this 10,000 square foot facility in Kernersville, NC, N.H. Yates possesses the necessary infrastructure for the company to continue to build on its current momentum and growth within the HVAC & Plumbing Supply industry.
