Despite the past year’s economic downturn, N.H. Yates has been in steady growth as a result of our dedication in providing the finest products, services and solutions to the HVAC and plumbing industry.
N.H. Yates is moving its operations from Cockeysville to Hunt Valley, Maryland this fall 2021. Hunt Valley is an unincorporated community that features a booming business district and is home to Fortune 500 brands as well as many other regional and national companies. The move to Hunt Valley will provide N.H. Yates a larger, state of the art facility, which allows the company to perform more efficiently than they already have in their Cockeysville location.

Expanding to 24,000 square feet, the new location is an upgrade from the company’s prior headquarters and will provide the necessary infrastructure for the company to continue to build on its current momentum and growth within the HVAC & Plumbing Supply industry.

In late March, The Maryland National Guard set up a 250 bed field hospital in the Baltimore Convention Center in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. and N.H. Yates is proud to have contributed.
The Yates customer service team received an inquiry from an engineer late on a Friday afternoon. By the following Wednesday, we were able to specify and source the parts needed, assemble, and deliver to the site to be used for an emergency field hospital.

As we have been deemed an essential business, we are remaining open to provide the same level of service to which you are accustomed. That said, we are doing everything possible to keep our employees out of harms way. The MD office of NH Yates started a collection to help families in need this holiday season. We put together some Thanksgiving food baskets and donated them to Extreme Family Outreach.
Extreme Family Outreach is an intensive community based501(c)(3) organization that conducts Community Impact Programs providing educational and emotional support to children and families in many underserved communities throughout Harford County.
On Wednesday, October 23rd, Yates and RE Michel put together a Utica Boilers & Taco night at the Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Halethorpe, MD.
The event showcased Utica’s new floor mount condensing boiler the MAC and MAH floor mount. We also demonstrated Taco’s new plumbing a heating products. The new 0018e, the new HLPE hot water recirculating system, the 006e, and the new boiler trim kits.
The event was quite a success, as RE Michel had 20+ contractors in attendance.
