I have been in the HVACR/Plumbing industry for over 30 years, starting with a large wholesaler then with a mechanical contractor. The last 3 years I have been a manufacturers rep.
My position with NH Yates is an outside sale representative covering the Philadelphia Metro Region, Southern New Jersey, and parts of Central Pennsylvania.
In my spare time, I enjoy all sports, especially, coaching my son and playing golf.

I’ve been in the industry for 38 years. My strengths are in Hydronics, HVAC & Water Heating. I’ve been a member of ASPE, ASSE & ASHRAE. I’m married & have 3 grown sons. In my spare time I enjoy watching baseball, playing golf & reading.
Carol Lightcap, has been with N.H. Yates’ Pottstown, PA branch since 1999, which consist of 11 years performing inside sales/customer service, and currently focusing on outside sales in the Philadelphia and South Jersey markets. “This industry is challenging, exciting, and extremely necessary. I look forward to servicing my accounts, exceeding our vendors expectations, and working closely with my colleagues in a team environment”. In my spare time I enjoy working with my hands and creating artwork.

In 2005, Matt joined N.H. Yates full time after graduating from McDaniel College with a BA degree in Business Administration & Economics. During his tenure at the company, he has served in various capacities including inside sales, estimating department manager, and most recently outside sales. In his current sales function, Matt has forged professional relationships & provided service in the Baltimore, Maryland Eastern Shore, District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, Eastern Pennsylvania, & Delaware markets.
