Jon Thomas has recently moved into to the role of CEO at NH Yates, following a 10-year tenure as President. An alumnus of the College of William & Mary, he embarked on his professional journey with Ferguson in Atlanta as a Trainee in 1986. In 1988, Jon joined A.O. Smith, serving as a District Sales Manager in the Washington DC area until 1995. He then transitioned to NH Yates in 1996, coinciding with A.O. Smith’s shift from a factory sales force to manufacturer representatives. In 2018, Jon and his partner, Dan Kelbaugh, fully acquired NH Yates and have since established three additional Yates related businesses. Jon completed the CPMR curriculum in 2010 and is an active member of the industry, serving on the Board of Directors of AIM/R, as well as on numerous rep councils, and actively engaging with ASA and HARDI.
Jon resides in Lutherville, MD, with his wife Amanda, a Professor of Psychology at Loyola University Maryland. They are the proud parents of two grown children.
Over the course of Schnorr’s 30-year career at Burnham Holdings, he held numerous positions leading residential & commercial manufacturing efforts with wholesale and manufacturers rep. agencies channels to market. He also led manufacturing, procurement ,engineering, sales & marketing duties with P&L board level reporting. He has led national and local sales teams of manufacturers reps and direct sales employees for Burnham Corporation, Burnham Hydronics, Burnham Commercial, Bryan Steam, and Thermal Solutions. Now on the rep. side, his understanding of manufacturers allows us to leverage pathways to market and direct our activities focused on service and trade engagement.
Dan Kelbaugh is the Chief Operating Officer of NH Yates, headquartered in Hunt Valley, MD. In this role, he leads the company’s sales and marketing strategy, driving growth across NH Yates and its three affiliated LLCs. Dan also plays a key role in strengthening partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and contractors.
With over 38 years of experience in sales—26 of which have been focused on the HVAC industry—Dan brings deep industry knowledge and leadership to the organization. Before joining NH Yates in 2011 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, he held senior roles at Burnham Boilers, including Director of National Accounts and Vice President of Sales & Marketing (2000–2011).
Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Bloomsburg University and resides in York, PA.

My title is “Engineered Sales” which really means I call on Engineers, Architects and Facilities to update them on how our lines can help them provide better services, energy usage or life expectancy to their clients/buildings. I have been with the company since 1988 and really enjoy what I do. in my other life I volunteer extensively with Safe House of Hope (www.safehouseofhope.org) which works with victims of domestic sex trafficking here in Baltimore.
Mike Holmes has served as the Plumbing Products Manager at NH Yates since 2016, bringing with him a lifetime of experience in the plumbing and heating industry.
His journey began in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area of Pennsylvania, working in his family’s plumbing and heating wholesale business. He went on to spend more than 20 years at Thos. Somerville Co., gaining deep, hands-on knowledge of the industry from the inside out. Over his 50+ year career, Mike has built a reputation as a trusted resource and relationship-builder across the distributor, contractor, and manufacturer communities.
As Mike often says, “I’ve been extremely fortunate to meet so many great people throughout this journey—and I can genuinely call many of them good friends.”
His education was shaped by the Jesuits at Scranton Prep High School and a BS/BA from Villanova University—where, as he proudly notes, the new Pope graduated just a year ahead of him.
Mike and his wife Mary have four adult children, all gainfully employed, and are the proud grandparents of two adorable grandchildren.
Matt serves as the Commercial Engineered Product Sales Manager at NH Yates & Co. A graduate of McDaniel College with a degree in Business Administration and Economics. Matt has been with NH Yates for over 20 years, growing from a college intern to his current role in sales & product management. His hands-on experience spans inside sales, estimating, outside sales, and product management. He holds both CPSC sales certification and CPMR certified manufacturers representative designation, reflecting his commitment to excellence and industry expertise.
Todd join NH Yates in 2004 and has been the General Manager since 2017, following his experience as both an Inside and Outside Sales Rep for the company. He is responsible for overseeing multiple departments and assisting with operations throughout the company.
Todd holds a double major in Business and Economics from McDaniel College, and currently lives in Parkton, MD.
In 2024, Todd became the first Manufacturer’s Rep to earn ASA’s MDM Certification and joined the review team for multiple graduates of the program since receiving the certification.
