Despite the past year’s economic downturn, N.H. Yates has been in steady growth as a result of our dedication in providing the finest products, services and solutions to the HVAC and plumbing industry.
N.H. Yates is moving its operations from Cockeysville to Hunt Valley, Maryland this fall 2021. Hunt Valley is an unincorporated community that features a booming business district and is home to Fortune 500 brands as well as many other regional and national companies. The move to Hunt Valley will provide N.H. Yates a larger, state of the art facility, which allows the company to perform more efficiently than they already have in their Cockeysville location.

Expanding to 24,000 square feet, the new location is an upgrade from the company’s prior headquarters and will provide the necessary infrastructure for the company to continue to build on its current momentum and growth within the HVAC & Plumbing Supply industry.
