Taco circulator model number 0015e3 is a variable speed, high-efficiency wet rotator circulator with an ECM permanent magnet motor. The Taco ECM High-Efficiency features three settings to deliver the performance, reliability and easy installation that made Taco famous. This allows the Taco 0015e3 to outperform all other 3-speed hydronic circulators in its class. In fact, Taco’s motto for this circulator is “Install it, and forget it.”

Taco ECM High-Efficiency Circulator Specs

Taco designed this circulator with three settings: Low for up to 5 feet head, Medium, for up to 10 feet head, and High, for up to 18 feet head for a GPM max flow of 16. The three-speed high-efficiency motor uses up to 85% less electricity than comparable machines. The Taco 0015e3 features dual electrical knockouts with a 6″ stranded wire leads for easy wiring. The operational 2-way flange reduces SKU’s and provides universal fit-up to any flange position. Taco’s patented BIO Barrier protect the pump from any outside contaminants and debris. This unit is double insulated with no ground required and operates extremely quietly.


The Taco 0015e3 is ideal for use in hydronic heating zones to reduce the noise or banging of zone valves opening and closing against high head pressure circulators. When set to the medium setting this unit is ideal for most residential baseboard systems zoned with circulators or zone valves. However, simply adjust the dial to change the operating curve to meet system requirements. This unit is not suitable for potable water or chilled water systems.
